In over 14 years of one-on-one experience with top managers, I have not only kept learning from them, but also constantly upgraded my own skills to match the steep learning curve of my clients.   • Over 10.000 demonstrated coaching hours with clients (a prerequisite for accreditation)

  • Certified as Professional Coach (CAKO 2006, re-certified in 2009 and 2013)
  • Complex post-graduate systemic and solution-focused training (ISZ, 5 years).
  • Two-year certified specific coaching training (Extima, Prague).
  • Masters degree in psychology (Hamburg University).
  • Studies of economics and economic history (University College London).
  • Joined the Institute of Systemic Coaching’s faculty after completing own 2-year coaching training.
  • Ongoing international professional development (UK, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, South Africa) in summer schools, conferences, self-awareness workshops and through personal supervision.
